HOP (Head Out Program)
Adventures by Land, Sea, and Air
You might ask, “What are HOPs all about, and what do I get out of a HOP if I attend?” Attending a HOP does not mean just having fun, enjoying the sights of a particular area, eating delicious food, being bused around to the venues for that HOP (when applicable); it also means forging lifelong friendships and memories.
Each HOP is unique. Some involve touring and some involve concerts, while others consist of activities such as rafting or 4x4ing. HOPs also include cruises, usually one short cruise a year and one or two longer ones each year.
When meeting attendees from various HOPs, you may hear them talk not only about what a great time they had on the HOP, but also about a particular memory that they came away with, such as “Where’s the key?” from the Grand Canyon Train Ride HOP. Or standing in cold water and smiling at each other on the Extreme Rafting HOP, a necessity during seven days of rafting down the Colorado. Or the Hummer that couldn’t during the Creede Outdoor Adventure.

Escapees Club Events Discussion Forum
This particular area of the discussion forum is available for discussing any Escapees Club event including the HOP events. We hope you use it to post questions to other members or the HOP Department about the HOP events, share suggestions with us or each other, or just chat about getting together before upcoming events. HOP Product
HOP shirts and jackets are available for sale during the Escapades at the Rainbow Parks booth and will be on the Escapees online store. To purchase the product online, just click on the HOP Clothing link (the underlined blue letters, for those who may not know) and that will bring you right to the store to purchase the latest blue HOP shirts and jackets.
Cancellation Insurance
Cancellation insurance is available through Peterson Travel Services, CM #32. If you, or a family member, have a pre-existing condition, it must be purchased within 21 days of your initial payment. Short-term evacuation insurance

Minimum registration must be met for each HOP event; otherwise, the event will be subject to cancellation. Full refunds would be given.
