Our goal is to have reservations available at all Rainbow Parks by the end of 2013.  We are pleased to announce that we have completed the installation of the reservation system at Rainbow Plantation (Summerdale, Alabama), Turkey Creek (Hollister, Missouri), and Rainbow’s End (Livingston, Texas), and we will continue to bring additional parks online in the months ahead.

We were convinced that the Campground Master reservation program was going to be good, but as we worked with the program and our consultant, Ron Kremer of Lake City Webs, and tweaked the operating system, we are now convinced that it is going to be GREAT for both our staff and our guests!

We realize that changes take a little time and understanding.  Hopefully, our F.A.Q.  (frequently asked questions) will give you a better understanding of how things will work and answer some of the more commonly asked questions regarding this new system.

Also, because the reservation system is a totally new benefit, we had to write some new policies. Each park will adopt the new policies and procedures as the reservation system is implemented in those respective parks. However, as of June 1, 2013, all parks began taking payment at check-in instead of check-out.

We are pleased to finally bring to the table what many members have been asking for over the years, and we will do our best to have the entire reservation system up and running smoothly throughout the park system by the end of 2013.

Each Rainbow Park is listed alphabetically by state below.  You will also find the “vacancy grids” a helpful new tool that is available for those parks that are accepting reservations at this time.
