Escapees BOF (Birds of a Feather) groups are comprised of people who share a common interest. In order to belong to a BOF, one must be a member in good standing of the Escapees RV Club.

Bikes, Boots, ‘N Paddles

For SKPs who enjoy human powered recreational activities and toys, The “Biking and Hiking” and “Canoe/Kayak” BoFs have now combined into a single BoF. SKPs interested in these sports and other outdoor activities are welcome and invited to join us at Escapades and Fun Days, where we hold meetings and also at gatherings for all levels of participation in our activities and sports.

All members are encouraged to host informal gatherings directly between members which will be announced via the newsletter, e-mail, and our Yahoo! Discussion boards (see below for web addresses).

The newsletter is published four times per year and includes articles from the membership on biking and hiking routes, trails, paddling locations, photos, and equipment information. Current subscriptions to either the former “Biking ‘N Hiking” or “Canoe/Kayak” BoFs will run full term as indicated on your address label.

The newsletter subscription for new and renewal subscriptions is $7/yr for 4 issues. Access to each of the Yahoo! Discussion boards is open to all Escapees (see below for web addresses). Please mail subscription fees (checks made out to “Art Knapp”) and your address to Art Knapp at the address below. Art can also be e-mailed about roster information at: Art@RVLifestyle.net.
