One of the greatest things about Escapee RV Club members is how they jump to help fellow Escapees. Now Escapees RV Club has a new volunteer program to make it easier for you to share your talents to help other Escapee members. The program is called Volunteer Interest Areas or VIA. We will be keeping a secure data base of those interested in sharing their talents to call on when a need exists.

How Might Our Talents Be Used?
Here are some examples of how your talents could be used:

• We recently received a bio from a member who has experience with wastewater treatment plants. We might call on him when we are starting a new park project. Someone with lobbying experience could help us educate lawmakers on the RV lifestyle.
• We sometimes need public speakers for RV shows, seminars and interviews.
• We recently came across a member with a background in survey tabulations. We are using her talents to help us setup a good tabulation method for the new Escapade survey forms.
• Nurses are always welcome at CARE and might be put to work at club health fairs.

What Talents Can You Share?
So what talents do you have that you would like to share? Are you an artist, electrician, plumber, educator, nurse, speaker, writer, laborer, manager or lawyer? We are sure there are many more talents than these that we could put to work, so don’t be bashful, let us know what they are!
