Rainbow Chapter 10 was formed in 1985 at Escapees National Headquarters in
Livingston, Texas. Rainbow Chapter 10 was responsible for all social
activities at Rainbows End from its inception until National took over that
function in October 1993. There were 29 founding members and Rainbow
Chapter 10 now has 250 family memberships.
