Rocky Mountain High Chapter # 2

Welcome to Chapter 2 web page. After several years of inactivity, Chapter 2 was rejuvenated in the summer of 2009. We are a fun group of fulltime RVers,
part-timers and even some-timers! Chapter 2 welcomes all RV's to all our rallies, luncheons and all our other events where you will meet a group of people that like good old-fashion fun.

We enjoy two rallies each year during the spring and fall. We try to go to different parts of Colorado so we can investigate it together. Our rallies have morning walks, book reviews, gun safety programs, site seeing in the area, group pot luck dinners, some breakfast treats, games and just a good time.

Periodically we publish our “Chapter 2 Rocky Mountains RV Ramblings”. Articles for inclusion can be sent to Bill Latham at: bmjlatham@msn.com.

Our annual dues are $5 per person, payable on or before June 1st.

We revised our Bylaws and Standing Rules in 2010 and they can be reviewed below.

Our Spring 2012 rally will be held at May 21-24 again at The Country Village RV Resort in
Montrose, CO. Rally Hosts Jim and Eloise Hammond and Co-Hosts Dennis and Myrlene
Zimmerman are working hard on making this a great outing. Mark your calendar with these
dates and we’ll provide more detail information closer to the rally dates. Plan to come
join us for a relaxing, casual rally.

The fall rally will held September 10-12, 2012 at Mountaindale RV Resort, 18 miles
southwest of Colorado Springs. The area offers many interesting things to do and maybe we
can spend an evening at the Flying W Ranch for dinner and a show.

Denver area Escapees hold a luncheon at 1:00 p.m. on the second Tuesday of each month at
the The Country Buffet located 8100 West Crestline (Crestline and So Wadsworth). For additional information contact Chuck Derington at 303-986-6192

Buena Vista Escapees hold their luncheon May through September at 1:00 p.m. on the third
