Saguaro: Chapter 21

The Chapter is named after the unique cactus found nowhere in the world except parts of Arizona and Mexico. Southern Arizona is both historically interesting and scenically beautiful. All Escapees are invited to participate in our events and activities, and of course, any interested SKiP is invited to become a member.

Remember the Arizona SKPs monthly luncheon get together:
FOR ALL SKPs
On the 2nd Wednesday of every month, October through April
at the Ironwood Grill, 11:30AM
at the San Pedro Golf Course in Benson, Arizona.

On March 19th there will be a Social Hour event in the Saguaro SKP Co-op Park Clubhouse, in Benson. Time is from 3:00-5:00 p.m.. There will be finger foods, wine and sparkling cider.
As always we will be happy to sign up guests as new members.

Our next rally event is our annual spring rally:


This year it will be held at De Anza Trails RV Park...
with Pre-Rally activities on Monday April 5, 2010
including an opportunity for a great sea-food buffet!

The "official" Rally itself is from Tuesday through Thursday
April 6-8, 2010
Rally host is Mary Nighswander.

RV camping fee is $20.00 per night, with full hookups,
and many park facilities to enjoy, including
a salt-water swimming pool, shuffle board, spa,
exercise room,laundry room, library, wi-fi,
and hiking and birding opportunities.

De Anza Trails RV Park is right off I-19 south of Tucson(at exit 48, just south of Green Valley and just north of the historic artist's colony of Tubac), not far from Desert Diamond Casino..and about 20 minutes north of Nogales, Mexico.


As always, all SKPs are invited to attend all our activities! And we welcome your comments and suggestions about possible future rally sites, as well!
