Bryan and Jane Rose are hosting this brand new event for us East of the Mississippi Skps (of course all skp members and guest are welcome) and we're trying to put together this website for information to all those interested in attending this brand new rally endeavor.
Marilyn & Larry Forbes with Bryan Rose at a Ch. 15 Rally
From Bryan Rose:
As most know I have been working on holding a Multi Chapter Rally in 2010. I have reserved dates for 2010. The dates that I have picked are April 29, to May 3. At this time we can be flexible on the dates, etc come in on the 28th and leave on the 3rd, or come in on the 29th and leave on the morning of the 4th.
I believe this time of year should work well, as we have a lot of people leaving Florida heading North and it can be a 1st outing for everyone who has set up North looking at a foot of snow on their RV. It is also over a weekend so people who work can attend.
The park that I have reserved is the Tom Johnson Rally park Marion, NC. The 2 web pages link you to the Rally park info, and the map of the area.
This park is just off the Blue Ridge Parkway, and this is a really nice drive.

I believe we should be able to have 100 units if we have that many camping would be $20.00 per night. If we have more we can come into more discounts.
Tom Johnson can set up tours of the area, catered meals, and other activities....Please notify Cindy and Phil Devonshire if you plan on attending.570-744-2762 (summer) or 570-267-5317(winter).

A few Skp state chapters are thinking about having their "Spring Rally" at the Multi-Chapter Rally. A "kill two birds with one stone" approach and something to really "think" about. Pictured above is the statue of Rodin's "Thinker" and he seems to maybe "Think" this could be a great idea? Can you say "Supersize" or "Combo" Rally?"
