CHAPTER 35 SKP LUNCHEONS
If you have never attended a Ch. 35 Luncheon you don't know what you have missed - well y'all missed a great get-together and good food too is all we can say. So grab your honey and your money and come on down to the SWISS CHALET, 97th & King George Hwy., Surrey, B.C. We meet on the 1st Thursday of every Month at Noon
Soo, c'mon down newbies & oldies - y'all come, ya hear me now!
**************************************************************************************

Travelling along the highway from place-to-place is fun especially if you are a Member of the Escapees Club. No matter where you go, you are bound to see that friendly logo on a windshield. The rallies are great and you can attend even if you are a member from another chapter. You will always be made welcome. So if you haven’t joined a chapter yet, what’s keepin’ ya? We would love to have you as part of our Chapter.
We hope you will be heading west to Gillette, Wyoming for Escapees 30th Birthday Escapade Celebration - June 28th to July 4th, 2008. Check the Escapees Magazine and website for details and extra adventures. Some chapters are caravanning to Gillette. What a neat way to have fun - see the country and enjoy SKP friends.
A big thank you from the Chapter Directors to everyone who attended their 2nd Escapees Happy Hour in Quartsite, Az. In spite of the COLD and WIND, they count it as a great success. And, following the Happy Hour, many chapters and C-BOFs had well attended rallies in the Quartisite area. And from Florida to Texas, many Escapees enjoyed rallies and luncheons this winter.
. Write about your travels and share them with others.
Now for something to ponder about. Anger is a condition which the tongue works faster than the mind. You can't change the past but you can ruin the present by worrying over the future. A hug is a great gift one size fits all. It can be given for any occasion and it's quite easy to exchange. Laughter is God's sunshine so take time to laugh for it is the music of the soul. If anyone speaks badly of you, live so that none will believe it. Do what you can with what you have, and where you are. Wishing your day is filled with love and peace.
Safe travels, and keep the sunnyside up!
