Utah Chapter 40 Beehivers

Chapter 40 dues run from July to July (i.e. July 1, 2009 to June 30, 2010). They are only $5.00 per rig/per year and we usually try to collect them during the spring rally.

In this new electronic age there isn’t a way to notify our individual members with the newsletter, that you need to pay your dues without violating your privacy. If you don’t make it to the rally and know your dues need to be paid, PLEASE send a check to our Treasure Donetta Pay, PO Box 380-396, Ivins, UT 84738.

We have two rallies a year:
Dutch Oven Meals are often featured at each rally and of course there's always food. We especially enjoy socializing, games and crafts, then more socializing.


The Spring Rally will be located at Big Rock Candy Mountain again this year. It will be held later this year. Dates are June 4th thru June 8th. 2012. The price is the same as last year, $15.00/night, with full hookups. We are hoping for better weather this year. Wagon Masters are Jim and Donna James and Ted and Shirley Anderson. Please let Jim know if you plan to come (ph. 435-986-3683 or 801-550-8099). We do need reservations in advance. More information to come later.

Information regarding our Fall Rally will be forthcoming as soon as a decision is made about location. Several suggestions have been made, but no decision yet. Will have to wait until Spring Rally.
