Chapter 46 2010 RALLIES
SPRING RALLY:
For those of you that couldn't make the spring rally a good time was had. We had 23 rigs. Many thanks to Paul and Lisa Allgood for hosting and their asst hosts, Wayne & Marti Aanarud and Randall & Darlene Prather. As always we ate well with a hot dog roast on the day we arrived, Pot Luck the next and a catered dinner of ham and chicken the last day. Breakfast was a treat with bag omelets, bacon and hash browns one morning and biscuits and gravy and scrambled eggs the next morning. We did two tours one at the Hodgson Flour mill in Effingham and the other at an old cemetery with local residents acting as past characters. One of those being the first women to graduate from a law school in the USA. Val Petkus did a craft with magazine pages being used to make pretty butterflies. One is pinned to our fifthwheel wall. Lou and Val also did a picture presentation of Alaska and other places they have photographed. See you at the Escapade if not before

DATES: Sept 17-18-19, 2010 SITE: Grandview Bend Campground, Howe, IN (Please note the date and place change).
This will follow right after the Escapade. FACILITIES: Water and electric with 3 Dump Stations
Howe is about 25 miles east of Elkhart on Highway 120
Go 1 mile east of Howe to CR100E turn right and go ¾ miles park on right
(also in Escapees 2010 Travel Guide)
The $75 registration fee includes camping fees, meals and any tours.
