Our History
On June 4th, 2001, Chapter 49 "The Badgers SKPs" was formed with 26 members. Less then one year later we had our 100th member join. Come join us and find out why the Badger SKPs continues to be one of the fastest growing chapters. If you are interested in having fun, please complete our membership form below and send it in. PINA COLADA DIP -- This creamy, pale yellow dip is excellent with fresh fruit -- *14 oz. can of crushed pineapple, with juice, *3/4 cup milk, *1/2 cup coconut milk, *4 oz. cream cheese, softened and cut up, *1 package of instant vanilla pudding powder (4 serving size). Measure pineapple with juice, milk and coconut milk into blender. Process until smooth. Add cream cheese. Process until smooth. Add pudding powder. Process until well blended. Turn into serving bowl. Chill.
An Easy Supper Biscuit with Wisconsin Sharp Cheddar Cheese............
JIFFY CHEESE BISCUITS -- crispy outside with a light fluffy texture inside -- *2 cups all-purpose flour, *4 tsp. baking powder, *4 tsp. granulated sugar, *1/2 tsp. salt, *1/2 cup hard margarine or butter, *2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese, *1 & 1/3 cups water. Combine flour, baking powder, sugar and salt in large bowl. Cut in margarine until crumbly. Add cheese and water. Mix. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto greased baking sheet. Bake in 400F oven for 20 minutes until lightly browned. Makes 24 biscuits.
