You need at least two officers, a president and a secretary-treasurer, but it is better to also have a vice president who can serve as the rally coordinator. Larger chapters may want four officers, in which case you can split the secretary-treasurer into two separate offices. Set up an election procedure and establish a length of term, usually one year.
