• Member Qualification: Chapter members must remain members in good standing of the Escapees Club.
• Amount of Dues: Must be stated and must be approved by the chapter directors if they are more than $5, which should be enough to run the chapter. The main expense is printing and mailing newsletters. You'll save money on postage if you print on both sides of the paper, and you can save the cost of an envelope (about 5 cents each) by using the bottom third of the last page of your chapter newsletter as the mailer. If the chapter newsletter is printed on heavier paper, it will weigh more, so postage may be higher.

If dues of $5 per year per family is not enough, you can make up the difference at rallies. You should charge a dollar or two per person rally fee in addition to campground fees. You can also make a few dollars with fund raisers when extra money is needed.
