ESCAPEES RAINBOW PARKS UNLIMITED (ERPU) For those of you who might not be familiar with the program, Escapees Rainbow Parks Unlimited (ERPU) is our new parks program. The goal of the ERPU program is to combine the best aspects of the Rainbow Parks and the SKP Co-op parks into one package for those Escapee members who desire a home-park situation.
The ERPU home-base membership program provides you with an RV site for five years with an option to renew. There are terms and conditions for early cancellation or termination of the lease. Because your ERPU membership fees are refunded upon termination, the actual cost to you is the annual maintenance fee.
Currently, there are four parks in the ERPU program: Rainbow's End in Livingston, Texas; Sumter Oaks in Bushnell, Florida; Rainbow Plantation in Summerdale, Alabama; and Dream Catcher RV Park in Deming, New Mexico. The ERPU lots at Rainbow's End, Rainbow Plantation, and Sumter Oaks are full at this time, but you can add your name to the waiting list for only $20.00. This is a non-refundable annual fee.
At Rainbow's End in Livingston, Texas, in the new section called Rainbow Oaks, there are 24 ERPU sites. Also in Rainbow Oaks are the Manager's office, the main entrance, plus 50 campsites. Sumter Oaks in Bushnell, Florida, has 25 ERPU sites and 99 campsites for traveling members. ERPU memberships are $14,500. with an annual maintenance fee of $750.00For more information on this park, please visit the Sumter Oaks RV Park webpage.
Rainbow Plantation in Summerdale, Alabama, has 22 ERPU sites, 87 campsites, and 10 lease sites. ERPU memberships are $14,500 with an annual maintenance fee of $750.00. For more information on this park, visit the Rainbow Plantation webpage.
Dream Catcher in Deming, New Mexico, is the newest park to offer ERPU lease sites. The new activity building is nearly completed so Dream Catcher will be able to offer a comprehensive activity program. There are 22 ERPU sites in Deming, with memberships available for $10,000. For all members who are not interested in a home base or membership, we want to assure you that all the parks will continue to have campgrounds. They will be managed just like the other Rainbow Parks, with activities, and social hours.

We would like everyone to know how hard the employees at Dream Catcher work. We watched them for four days in rain, snow, and wind, working hard to get people off the road and to make them comfortable, even though the park was full."
