Escapees Commercial Members (only) are invited to setup booths on Friday, Sept. 10.

Exhibitor Cancellation fee ($50) is automatically deducted from your refund. No refunds after August 15, 2010.

Escapade Advertising and Promotional Opportunities
Don’t miss out—check out the full range of sponsorship opportunities too! 

You can:

• Be an exhibitor in the commercial market area.  Extra selling hours are planned for Saturday afternoon, September 11, from 3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.  (followed by a exhibitor appreciation pizza party.)  Exhibitor space will be limited this year.  Sponsors will receive priority.
• Advertise in the 50th Escapade program book. Due to program book design changes, advertising space will be very limited this year.  Open to sponsors only.
• Promote your business by placing an item (brochures, flyers, samples) with your logo and information in all attendee welcome bags.  For $100 your submissions will be inserted in all welcome bags and a free listing and link to your website will be included on the Goshen Escapade website (www.escapees.com/escapade).  The sooner you register the longer your exposure!
• Donate a door prize.  This is an opportunity to put your product in front of the entire crowd.  Items with a $50 value (or more) will have their business name, exhibit location or company address announced.  Be sure your business card is attached to door prizes.
• Escapees Commercial Members (only) qualify for the VIP (Info-Mercial) program. The VIP program provides a seminar room where CMs may present their products and services to the audience without Escapees “generic seminar restrictions” imposed. If you’re not already a participant in our valued Commercial Member (CM) program, be sure to check out this year’s special discounts.  CMs will receive the same $50 Escapade discount offered to Escapees members, which more than covers your annual CM fee!  In addition to exclusive Escapade benefits, your company will be listed on the Escapees website (Commercial Member Directory section) and in Escapees Travel Guide, which is distributed to every Escapees member and used long after the Escapade is over.
