Registration for the 50th Escapade, September 12 – 17, 2010, in Goshen, Indiana is near capacity. Please call 888-757-2582 for registration information to see if your hookup preference is still available! We hope you can join us!

REGISTRATION begins January 2, 2010.  Sign-up on line at https://www.escapees.com/store/escapade.asp or call 936-327-8873 (toll-free: 888-757-2582) for personalized registration service.

General Attendee Days: Sept. 12-17, 2010
Fees include one RV (2 people) and five days of camping. Deduct $50 for 1 person in RV.

Attendee Cancellation fee ($25) is automatically deducted from your refund.  No refunds after September 1, 2010.  Only those registered as an “Exhibitor” may sell products or services at the Escapade.

Confirmation and Entry. Escapade information and tickets are all sent via e-mail. Please be sure you put registration@escapees.com in your address book.  Once you are registered, you will receive a confirmation via e-mail. Then, approximately 30 days prior to the event, you will receive your E-ticket (admission/entry ticket), along with a Welcome Letter with more details to help make your arrival flawless, and a Parking Indicator sheet that you will need to print out and display on your windshield. 

These simple steps will speed up the parking process and help you avoid delays:

• Check your confirmation receipt carefully-contact REGISTRATION if necessary
• Arrive with your E-ticket readily available
• Display your Parking Indicator on your windshield
• Arrive PRIOR to 2:00 p.m.! (No earlier than 8:00 a.m. please)
• Disconnect your toad (there will be a place to disconnect on grounds if needed)
