If you love outdoor adventure, then this HOP is for you!

Moab is a perfect climate for outdoor events, and Escapees has an exciting, action-packed outdoor adventure awaiting your arrival.

Short drives from Moab are the Arches and Canyonlands National Parks and Dead Horse Point State Park. The parks are great for sight- seeing, mountain biking, hiking, off-road adventures, and the Colorado River offers a wonderful rafting experience.

Experience breathtaking views of the canyonlands; see the beautiful sunset while dining on an authentic cowboy supper.

The all-day rafting trip will be filled with fun and adventure. While rafting, you will enjoy beautiful canyon scenery. This 14-mile trip will stop midway for a nice, welcomed break and lunch on the riverbank. You will also have time for swimming on this rafting trip.

After rafting, take time to wander through downtown Moab for great selections of shops, restaurants, galleries, and friendly hospitality.

There will be a lot of walking; please take comfortable walking shoes, and a camera for those breathtaking panoramic views of the sunrises and sunsets.

Each day will be filled with exploring the canyons with your HOP hosts.

Please fill up with gas, and take several bottles of water and snacks before going into the desert or in the mountains.

Note: Everyone will need a walkie-talkie. Please bring high-clearance vehicles, such as four-wheel drive vehicles or Jeeps.  There will not be a way to trailer in & out ATVs. Your guided run will enter one location and exit another.

Registration includes:

RV Campground
You will relax at a nice local RV park with full hookups, 50 amps, and a peaceful, picturesque setting can be seen right outside your RV door. If you have Escapees friends that you would like to park near, please let us know. There is not a guarantee, but we will do our best to accommodate your request. Once signed up for the HOP, a confirmation letter will be sent to you with instructions and park name.

How to register
To register, please call the HOP department at 888-757-2582 or 936-327-8873, or if you would like more information, you can email   hopinfo@escapees.com.  If you would like to arrive earlier or stay later than the HOP event, please let the HOP department know when you register, and they will take care of it for you. You will pay Escapees for the HOP, but will pay the RV park upon your arrival for any extra days.

Minimum registration must be met for each HOP event; otherwise, the event will be subject to cancellation. Full refunds would be given.

Cancellation Insurance
Cancellation insurance is available through Peterson Travel Services, CM #32. If you or a family member has a pre-existing condition, insurance must be purchased within 21 days of your initial payment. Escapees Inc. will attempt to provide reasonable accommodations for disabled attendees when it is within our control. Please advise us of any special needs as early as possible so we can make arrangements. This HOP includes considerable walking; please wear comfortable walking shoes.

By attending this event, you are agreeing to the following:
As an attendee, you assume all risk of danger relating to your personal property, RV, and attendance at the HOP event, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the event. In the event of loss or theft, no claim will be made upon Escapees, its volunteers, employees, or agents. Volunteers may be directing and assisting you in your parking areas. It is, however, the driver of the RV or other vehicle who is ultimately responsible for avoiding obstacles or dangerous situations and is solely responsible for any damage to one’s property or the property of others. As an attendee at this event, you are granting your permission to be filmed, videotaped, audiotaped, or photographed, and granting full use without compensation.
