The two RV parking bills submitted to the Montana Legislature have both apparently been stopped in committee. HB 314 and SB 171 are both listed as “Tabled in Committee” on the official Montana Legislature website. We have also received some requests from Montana senators and representatives to please stop flooding them with emails about the two bills.

At this point, it appears that RVers all over the country have been successful in getting their opinions heard! If you wish, a short note thanking the legislators for making the right choice would be appropriate; for now, it is probably enough for us to keep a keen eye on the tabled bills to be certain that they do not suddenly come back to life.
