The park is nine miles north of the intersection of I-75 and I-640 in Knoxville, TN. Take exit 117 off I-75 and go west on Raccoon Valley Road, which is also Highway 170. The campground was previously called Knoxville North KOA Kampground and is easy to identify with its standard KOA-style office building. | MEMBER RATES: | 30 amp daily

FACILITIES:
76 sites, most of which are full hookups, with only a few being only water and electric. Some sites have cable TV and phone service available. There are 53 pull-through sites. The park office building houses the clubhouse, library, laundry room, and restrooms. The shower facility is located near the swimming pool.

AREA INFORMATION: Two Wal-Mart stores are near the park, Numerous attractions are located within an hour of the park. Start your explorations at the Museum of Appalachia, located only a 7-minute drive from the park. Continue on to visit tourist attractions in Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Seveirville before driving through the historic Great Smoky Mountain National Park. Also, there is an annual craft fair, "Tennessee Homecoming", each October. Come by Raccoon Valley and get your Escapee hugs in the holler! |
