Don’t you just love gadgets? Gadgets are something every RVer needs because they make our RV lifestyle easier and more productive. Plus, gadgets are just plain fun to play with and share with other RVers. That’s why we created the "RV Gadget Box" column for Escapees magazine! In each new column, Mark Nemeth, the Escapees technical advisor, will review a neat and helpful RV gadget, one that he has personally used and tested. Something about Mark: In 2002, after five years on the road as a full-time RVer and Escapees member, Mark settled in Livingston, Texas, and accepted a position as the Escapees technical advisor. His technical articles appear in numerous RV industry publications, and he has been assisting RVers with their technical questions for over 12 years. As one of the leading technical advisors in the RV industry, Mark specializes in teaching RVers how to operate, maintain, and understand their RVs in an entertaining and humorous way. In 2005, Mark accepted an additional role as the Escapees RVers' Boot Camp program director. Since its beginning in Goshen, Indiana, at the 2005 fall Escapade, Boot Camp has offered outstanding training in road safety, technical proficiency, and confidence for all RVers, with a focus on new RV owners as well as addressing issues for long-term RVers.
