Livingston offers shopping, restaurants of all flavors, a museum, library, and all of the amenities of a small town. With a 93,000 acre lake, Livingston offers fishermen plenty of opportunities to catch bass and catfish. The Lake Livingston State Park offers a beautiful environment where you can swim, fish, boat, hike, or even enjoy a picnic by the lake!

For the rafter or canoeing enthusiast, check out the Neches River events and the annual Neches River Rendezvous in June (a 10-mile canoe trip).
