National Rally: 59th Escapade – March 17-22, 2019 (TEMP)

What is Escapade?

Escapade is the Escapees RV Club’s national rally–an annual event that packs a wide variety of educational seminars, social gatherings, nightly entertainment, shopping and much more into five fun-filled days. With thousands of attendees, staff and exhibitors, Escapade is a fantastic way to learn more about the RV lifestyle from professionals and experienced RVers alike, all while having an amazing time!

Escapade is education

Escapade features an extensive lineup of educational workshops and RV lifestyle seminars. Topics range from technical instruction to lifestyle tips, in the past covering information such as solar power, boondocking, mobile internet, RV insurance, domicile, RV electrical systems, roadside assistance, safe driving, volunteer opportunities, hobbies, pet safety, RVing destinations, choosing the right RV, and much more. With nearly 80 different sessions throughout the week, there is something to interest every attendee, whether you’re brand-new to RVing or a seasoned veteran. (See last year’s seminar schedule for a sample.)

Escapade is community

One of the best parts of Escapade is the opportunity to socialize with like-minded friends. Some of the most practical learning–not to mention the most fun!–happens during organized socials, informal campfires, and happy hours, where RVers relax as they swap embarrassing stories, cheer-inducing successes, favorite destinations, helpful tips, and more. Escapade also features “The ROW”, where you can learn first-hand about goings-on in the club’s local chapters, Birds-of-a-Feather groups, Escapees parks and SKP co-op parks.
