The American Rogues To Open 59th Escapade

Largest Escapees RV Club rally returns to Tucson in March

LIVINGSTON, Texas- January 2019

Escapade is the national rally hosted annually by Escapees RV Club. RVers will gather in Tucson, Arizona March 17-22 for five days of education, community, and entertainment.

The American Rogues To Open 59th Escapade 2

Among this year’s featured entertainment are The American Rogues and Redhead Express, two acts who are known around the world for their talent as well as their captivating performances. Welcoming attendees to an unforgettable week, The American Rogues will take the stage Sunday evening, sharing their musical skill, quick wit, compelling storytelling, and engaging stage show. The American Rogues have mastered the art of creating an immediate connection with audiences who can’t stay in their seats. “Our opening day is St. Patrick’s Day. When we heard American Rogues, we were very excited to book them!” shares Jean Mathes, Escapade co-director.

The following evening, Redhead Express promises to thrill attendees with their unique sound. While many believe it is their near perfect three and four part sibling harmonies that truly makes them unique, after 10 years and over 3000 shows, their sound and stage presence is undeniable. When asked what drew him to Redhead Express, Duane Mathes, Escapade co-director said “[They] pulled at our heartstrings because of being fellow Alaskans. They’re very cool and their music will appeal to all ages, which is great for our variety of Escapade attendees.”

As the 59th Escapade approaches, it becomes evident how the event, and the Escapees RV Club as a whole, has grown over the years to accommodate the newest generations of RVers. Though the event has always held a focus on RV education through hosting seminars, RVers Boot Camp, and workshops, it now includes much more. Several years ago, Kidscapade was added to the lineup of social and educational opportunities. Led by Fulltime Families, Kidscapade is a welcoming place for the youngest RVers to come together and learn, play, and share the unique lifestyle that comes with RVing.

In addition to Kidscapade, the Xscapers group of Escapees members has established a growing presence at Escapade, bringing with them new seminar topics, exciting social events, and a renewed focus on community-building, all aimed at the working-aged RVer. In addition to their gathering at Escapade, Xscapers meet up at Convergences and informal gatherings across North America throughout the year.

Join the excitement of Escapade and find your place in this RV community by registering for Escapade. You can sign up online at escapees.com/escapade or by calling 936-327-8873. Can’t make it to Tucson this year? Join Escapees in Rock Springs, Wyoming, for another week of fun June 21-26, 2020.
