2026 Escapade is going to be the definition of Wicked Good! We’re cranking the RV Rally experience up to lobster-bib levels of extreme—new activities, more vendors, bigger socials, and enough Maine delights to keep you buttered up all week long. (Yes, we’re talking lobster rolls… and probably whoopie pies, too.) Pack your best flannel, your stretchy pants, and your rally spirit—it’s going to be one for the books!

What to expect at Escapade
Is this event right for me?
The very first Escapade rolled out in 1979 with just 24 rigs, created to bring travelers together for community, caring, and sharing. Today, the annual rally has grown to over 500 rigs—and sometimes more than 1,000—yet the warm sense of belonging has never faded. Best of all, Escapade is open to everyone—no membership required!

Typically, Escapade draws a perfect mix: 50% first-time attendees, 50% full-time RVers, and 100% people who love the RV lifestyle. Activities and events are designed for everyone—from kids enjoying Kidscapade to working-age travelers in Xscapers—ensuring fun, connection, and adventure for all.

By registering for this Escapade, you are representing and agreeing to the following:

You are physically capable of participating in the event.
•
Your recreational vehicle, other vehicles, and any other equipment you may use to participate in the event will be in working condition.
•
You will observe all applicable laws (including obtaining relevant licenses) and event rules and will conduct yourself in a safe and prudent manner while participating in the event.
•
Although volunteers may be directing and assisting you to your parking area, it is the driver of the vehicle who is ultimately responsible for avoiding obstacles or dangerous situations and is solely responsible for any damage to your property or the property of others.
•
You accept and assume all risks arising from participation in the event and waive and release all claims against Escapees, Harvest Hosts Opco LLC or its affiliates relating to such participation.
•
You consent to receive medical treatment deemed necessary if you are injured or require medical attention during your participation in the event and agree that you are solely responsible for all related costs.
•
You grant your permission to be filmed, videotaped, audiotaped, or photographed and grant to Escapees full use thereof without compensation.
•
You will receive occasional email notifications of future Escapees events; however, you can opt out of these notifications at any time.
The above is only a summary. Please carefully read the full terms and conditions, assumption of risk, and waiver of claims agreement that will be provided to you during the registration process.
Cancellations
Should you need to cancel your registration, call Escapees Event Registration ASAP at 936-329-6499 between 8 am and 4 pm Central Time, Monday through Friday, or email registration@escapees.com.

Cancellations before 11:59pm Central Time on April 15, 2026 are entitled to a full refund, minus a $50 administrative fee.
•
Cancellations before 11:59 p.m. Central Time on May 17, 2026 will receive a 50% refund.
•
No refunds will be given for cancellations made after 11:59 p.m. Central Time on May 16, 2026
•
All ticket sales on and after May 16, 2026 are final.
•
If Escapees RV Club has to cancel the Event or Activity, you would receive a full refund of your registration fee.
This cancellation policy is FIRM. There are NO exceptions.
Travel Insurance
We highly suggest you purchase travel insurance to protect your investment in this HOP should you need to cancel.
Insurance can also help cover unexpected illnesses, emergency medical and trip interruption expenses during the HOP.
If you or a family member has a pre-existing medical condition, consider purchasing trip cancellation or interruption insurance.
