Along the way, expect playful touches of retro road-trip charm, scenic-route fun, appreciation for everyday heroes, and a little neon-night sparkle. Bring your rally spirit and your sense of adventure—this desert celebration is going to be one for the books.

What to expect at Escapade
Is this event right for me?
The very first Escapade rolled out in 1979 with just 24 rigs, created to bring travelers together through community, caring, and sharing. Today, the annual rally has grown to more than 500 rigs—and sometimes more than 1,000—yet the warm sense of belonging has never faded. Best of all, Escapade is open to everyone; no membership is required.

By registering for this Escapade, you represent and agree that:

You are physically capable of participating in the event.
•
Your recreational vehicle, other vehicles, and any other equipment used to participate will be in working condition.
•
You will observe all applicable laws, obtain any relevant licenses, follow event rules, and act safely and prudently while participating.
•
Although volunteers may direct and assist you to your parking area, the driver is ultimately responsible for avoiding obstacles or dangerous situations and is solely responsible for damage to their property or the property of others.
•
You accept and assume all risks arising from participation and waive and release all claims against Escapees, Harvest Hosts Opco LLC, or its affiliates relating to that participation.
•
You consent to medical treatment deemed necessary if you are injured or require medical attention during the event and agree that you are solely responsible for all related costs.
•
You grant permission to be filmed, videotaped, audiotaped, or photographed and grant Escapees full use of that material without compensation.
•
You may receive occasional email notifications about future Escapees events and may opt out at any time.

Cancellations
To cancel, call Escapees Event Registration as soon as possible at 936-329-6499 between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Central Time, Monday through Friday, or email escapade@escapees.com.

Cancellations received before 11:59 p.m. Central Time on January 20, 2027 are eligible for a full refund, minus a $50 administrative fee.
•
Cancellations received before 11:59 p.m. Central Time on February 21, 2027 will receive a 50% refund.
•
No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after 11:59 p.m. Central Time on February 21, 2027.
•
All ticket sales on and after February 22, 2027 are final.
•
If Escapees RV Club cancels the Event or Activity, you will receive a full refund of your registration fee.
This cancellation policy is FIRM. There are NO exceptions.
Travel Insurance
We strongly suggest purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in this event should you need to cancel.
Coverage may also help with unexpected illness, emergency medical costs, and trip-interruption expenses during the event.
If you or a family member has a pre-existing medical condition, consider trip-cancellation or trip-interruption coverage.
