The days surrounding New Year's Eve are filled with casual hangouts, shared meals, games and plenty of campfire time. On New Year's Eve, everyone comes together for a big celebration; music, laughter, and a countdown under the stars. There's no fancy venue or big city skyline, just good people, open skies and the kind of connection that makes life on the road feel like home. It's the perfect way for the Xscapers to celebrate another year of adventure, community and freedom!

What to expect at an Xscapers Convergence
Is this event right for me?
Xscapers was formed to bring Escapees RV Club back to its original roots of supporting RVers who are working from the road. At Convergences, you will find a community of active and free-spirited individuals with a passion for travel and adventure.

About 80% of Xscapers have full-time jobs they do remotely or seasonally. This means we typically don’t hold activities during standard work hours (with the exception of Annual Bash). Starting later in the day also means later nights. We have found that this can be a factor in deciding what event program people attend.
🌞
We try to give the most fun and entertainment value at an affordable price. One way we do that is by boondocking as much as possible. Our events are also a great way for newbie boondockers to learn from experienced ones. We try to divide our camping areas into those who have solar and those who want to run generators when possible.

Xscapers is an inclusive community, connected through the bond of RVing. This means we welcome people from all walks of life, no matter race, sexual orientation, political/religious views, lifestyle or RV type. Discrimination of any type will not be tolerated.

By registering for this Convergence, you are representing and agreeing to the following:

You are physically capable of participating in the event.
•
Your recreational vehicle, other vehicles, and any other equipment you may use to participate in the event will be in working condition.
•
You will observe all applicable laws (including obtaining relevant licenses) and event rules and will conduct yourself in a safe and prudent manner while participating in the event.
•
Although volunteers may be directing and assisting you to your parking area, it is the driver of the vehicle who is ultimately responsible for avoiding obstacles or dangerous situations and is solely responsible for any damage to your property or the property of others.
•
You accept and assume all risks arising from participation in the event and waive and release all claims against Escapees, Harvest Hosts Opco LLC or its affiliates relating to such participation.

You consent to receive medical treatment deemed necessary if you are injured or require medical attention during your participation in the event and agree that you are solely responsible for all related costs.

You grant your permission to be filmed, videotaped, audiotaped, or photographed and grant to Escapees full use thereof without compensation.

Cancellations
Should you need to cancel your registration, please email registration@escapees.com. As there is no prepayment for this event, there are no guidelines for refunds, however having an accurate count of how many people to expect is quite helpful.
